AZGS at the Tucson Festival of Books

This past weekend on March 14 and 15, we had our first AZGS booth in the Science City at the Tucson Festival of Books. It was such a blast! Seven of our staff rotated through to talk with festival-goers about earthquake hazards in Arizona. Kids (and grown ups!) got to make their own earthquakes with our foam-block fault models, and we got some new names registered for the Great Arizona Shakeout this coming October. We hope everyone who came through had as much fun as we did, and we're excited to come back next year!
