Paul Lindberg pioneered the concept of a volcanogenic massive sulfide deposit as the copper source at the United Verde Mine in Jerome, Arizona. Paul spend decades examining the deposit and build detailed geologic cross sections from his observations and the observations of others. To help others visualize the deposit in 3-d, Paul build a wooden model with moveable sections showcasing primary elements of the deposit.
