Biography
Zsofia Poros is a geologist specializing in sedimentary petrology and diagenesis, with over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She has worked globally as a subject matter expert and as a development geologist in the Permian Basin, New Mexico. Her experience also includes contributions to carbon capture projects and geothermal resource screening. Her research interests include basin analysis, reservoir characterization, petrography, and fluid inclusion analysis. She is currently focused on characterizing the sedimentary basins of Arizona for diverse applications.
